We are pleased to announce that in fall of 2015 Osborne Company will begin construction on a new medical office building in St. James, North Carolina. The medical office building is two story and approximately 26,000 square feet.

We are pleased to announce that in mid-April we have completed phase 1 of the construction upfit for SGRTex, a new textile spinning facility located in Eden, NC. Prior to completion, Osborne Company was instructed to proceed with the construction of the phase 2 upfit.

Osborne Company, a General Contractor based in Eden, NC, has started an environmental project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District. 

The work is located at Joint Base Charleston (JBC) in North, SC for NAAF, and includes repair and restoration of the existing stormwater collection features through the use of cast-in-place inlets, buried drainage pipes, and armoring with stone rip rap of a size and gradation to prevent future erosion and downstream silt transport, ...
